Just popping into your inbox to let you know that I have two exciting events coming up this month: I’ll be at Malice Domestic 4/24-26 and then, on 4/30, I’ll be on a panel at the always-incredible Old Town Books in Alexandria, VA.

Malice Domestic Information

If you’re going to be at Malice this year, make sure to grab me and say hi! You can catch my panel at 9AM on Saturday – I’ll be alongside of Sue Anger, Kate Khavari, Sujata Massey, and Katharine Schellman for THE ROARING ‘20s WERE MURDER: Mysteries in the 1920s, and signing books directly after at 10:00AM.

The Craft of Being Mysterious (Old Town Books)

Calling all mystery and historical fiction fans!

Join us on Thursday, April 30, at 7 pm for a special author panel focused on the craft of writing a good mystery! Jennifer Murphy (THE GHOST WOMEN), Jenny Adams (A DEADLY ENDEAVOR) and Lacey Dunham (THE BELLES) will join us in the bookstore to share a behind-the-scenes look at their processes, how they develop compelling stories no matter the time period, and to answer audience questions.

Your ticket includes $5 store credit that can be used at the event or on a later date. Copies of each author’s books will be available for purchase and signing.
